We have service options to fit your needs.

Individual Income
Tax Preparation

Includes reporting itemized deductions, interest and dividend income, small business activity, rental activity, farm activity, capital gains and losses, multiple delinquent years of filing, etc.

Corporate
and LLC Formation

Includes completion and filing of formation documents with the Secretary of State, Application for an Employer Identification Number, License Application, Entity Classification Election, Contractor Registration, Obtain Corporate or LLC Book.

Business Income
Tax Preparation

Includes reporting profit and loss and balance sheet figures for corporations and partnerships. Also includes personal property returns, gross receipts, annual franchise filing, etc.

Payroll

Includes basic payroll services on a monthly/quarterly basis only. Alternatively, we assist with set-up and maintenance of payroll for multiple platforms including QuickBooks online, Gusto, CFS, etc.

Bookkeeping

Includes reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, loans, etc. Preparation of profit and loss and balance sheet for year-end income tax preparation. Also includes training in various bookkeeping platforms including QuickBooks online, Wave and Excel spreadsheets.
